Cancellation & Booking Policy
If we are unable to accommodate your appointment request, our booking coordinator will contact you via email and/or phone to explore additional appointment options. Cancellations within 72 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of service cost. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment will be charged 100% of service cost.
For appointments outside of business hours, email Booking@theluxxelook.com | Off-Time Appointments are subject to additional $20 fee per service
